You can e-mail and text from it, There are so many apps for all sorts of things. You can even go to tractor talk on one. I like my apple iPhone 3GS with a otter cover on it, I had it for 2 years now, and no problems. Like my brother was telling me the other day, after using apple iPhones why would anybody ever want to use windows again.? I can't hear mine ring over equipment thought. Good luck.
