Twice. At 6 years old was riding my bike down to the pond and 2 guys were racing horses to the pond. They came over a small rise in the field and hollered at me. I looked back and saw a horse coming up on my left behind me. I swerved right into the path of the other horse. I woke up to a bunch of people looking down at me to see if I was alive. Landed on my feet and fell backward and hit back of head on the ground. After I came to, I lost my memory for a a couple of hours and the next morning had blood pooled around one eye.
