Bob you can go to allrecipes.com and type in the recipe you want, (corned beef and cabbage) or anything else, and it will give you the recipe. (Except I don't think 15 minutes is long enough to cook cabbage). I have several cookbooks, but much of the time it is quicker to find a recipe on the internet.
