I have advertised stuff to sell, and some one will call up and say, consider it sold and never show up, and maybe I could have sold it, but was waiting on the guy to show up. Any more when some one says consider it sold, I tell them when I see the money in my hand I will consider it sold. Unless if they are away from here and say what time they will show up, I wait till that time and if I don't get a call from them I will sell it to the first man that has the money.
