My SS Rant is this. I taught school for 30 years. In order to make ends meet, I always worked a second job. I paid into a teachers retirement program. My second job always deducted SS. The federal gov. considers my SS a windfall and severly restricts my check. I know this sounds absurd to most Americans but if you doubt it, google "windfall elimination act". Ellis
