Happened to be talking to some family back in Ohio last night. They told me that Leroy is getting along better and is back to working just about everyday. Here is a new update on his case.
"A Brown County man accused of shooting his son to death in December will not go to trial. A Grand Jury returned a "no bill" for 71 year old Leroy Louderback of Georgetown.
A "No Bill," according to Jessica A. Little, Brown County Prosecutor, generally means that the Grand Jury did not find enough evidence to return an indictment. However, according to Ms. Little, in this case, the Grand Jury was given the law regarding an individual's right to defend himself while inside his own residence. Ms. Little said, "We believe that the Grand Jury relied upon that legal theory to find that the shooting was justified."
Louderback was charged with involuntary manslaughter for shooting his 41 year old son John. The shooting happened at the elder Louderback's home on December 16th."
This was back on Feb. 28, 2013. This is good new but will still not lessen the pain I am sure he feels.

I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
