I have replaced blades before, but they were the ones next to the big nut and the shaft didn't have to be pulled. On this disk the broken blade is at the far end of the nut so the shaft, spacers, and blades will all have to be disassembled. ??QUESTION?? This disk has the bolts (3??) that hold the bearing flange up into the vertical support. The shaft, bearings, and blades will drop right out of the support. 1) Do I drop these vertical supports from the upper main frame then pull the shaft? or 2) do I remove the three horizontal bolts holding the bearing flange to the vertical support, drop it, then pull the shaft?? How have you guys replaced blades on this specific disk??? Thank you.
