In general order of priority: Hang two more ceiling fans in two remaining bedrooms, fish wire for switches, connect to new junction box in attic, while in attic caulk/ insulate around bathroom exhaust fans where needed. That will take me to spring weather so: get well composted manure onto garden, till/ reseed where sewer lines were just installed 3 weeks ago. Early summer, jack hammer off 1/2 inch marble tile in mudroom/ laundry/ work bathroom, install isolation fabric, porcelain tile with epoxy grout (no stains, ever), paint it up install bathroom vanity, etc.. Fall: continue harvesting garden (the most enjoyable of all) dig out for pad behind mudroom gravel/ concrete. Late fall: go back into attic when cool and upgrade insulation where needed. Do a little bit of this stuff most days between the everyday maintenance stuff. Whatever doesn't get done today, I've noticed it's going to be there tomorrow. Dave
