Mike the B 7100 & B 1750 are as different as day light and dark. The B 7100 was a cheap tractor that we sold a lot of because of price. The problem with the B 7100 is NO POWER STEERING and folks tried putting loaders on them. Just would not work to good. The B 1750 is a tractor Kubota sold worlds of and really I can,t think of many problems. I would bet that either will be 4 wheel drive hydrostatics which really make for nice units. Both are in the 20 + year old but still parts avl.
