Make sure the pump is bad.You have a fuse, relay and inertia switch to check first.I have a simple rule on trouble shooting.Check the easy stuff first.Rapping the tank with a rubber mallet often starts stalled pumps, ignition on.If that works,change the pump.Tank and strap condition are important.You will need a tool to open the lines.All gas tank work should be done outdoors.You have to release pressure in the lines before you open them.This is NOT AN EASY JOB.
