This is the building We are suppose to start next week. 34000sqft all one story. The last two weeks we have been waiting for asbestos to be cleaned out. The Machine is a 220 Kobelco that had been sitting out in a field for three years. Owner bought it new put 5200hrs and has been in bad health. Guy is a friend and We called him and he said go get it and tell him what we thought it was worth. Long story short we bought it. OK it's new to us.96 model is now the newest machine we own. Ron
