Another day here in North Central MN, 24" of snow currently on my garden. Forcasting 1-3" more today and high maybe near 40 by Sunday. Open water fishing opener in 3 weeks and lake still holding snowcap and 24-30" of clear ice. I've cut my last firewood for the year 4 times! Haven't really been lucky enough to see the higher points of the roller coaster here. We're still short on ground moisture so a couple more light snows and a slow melt is better in long run. It is getting a little depressing though. Hoping its a loooong fall.
