I feel your pain also. HOWEVER, this year I hope to get 6-10 peaches. I bought an 8-foot new peach tree at the local WM about a month ago. I grabbed one as they were unloading it off the truck. I put it in the basement and have watered it every couple of days. It has since bloomed and the peaches on it now are about the size of plums. I'm going to transplant it outside after the freeze date. Of course with my luck, it will hail the day after I get it outside.
