When I install them, make sure their is fluid in the line and the slave cylinder is pushed all the way in when I connect it. After it is connected you can let it spring back and it will suck the fluid up in the cylinder. You can pump it a couple times to get the rest of the air out of it but I've never had any trouble getting the air out. Hope this helps.
