115 john deere auto lawn mower keeps jumping deck belt. No broblem until last year anltd then put new deck bet, drive belt, two new pullies. Jumped deck belt likecrazy last year, samething this year. Can only adjust tension on belt by about oneinch. I didnot replace the small pulley that is located between blade pullies. Jumps at this pulley evertime. pulley turns freely and I have no idea what to do. All help and advse welcome
