We bread them , fill them up with this aerosol cheese for crackers (smoked cheddar flavor) and plunge them in the deep fryer. Have to hold them upside down. You"ll lose some of the cheese but they are outstanding. Also like to sautee them with a couple strips of bacon. Thanks for your report.
