Most likely the packing is worn out or damaged inside the lift cylinders. only one side has to be bad for both cyl's to leak down. Inside of cylinders must be perfect, no rust, scoring, dents, etc. Same with piston.If your dealer can't get the packing kits, try A.C. de Puydt in Vernon, [ L.A.] Calif.
