Ok since I spent a number if years in Cleveland MS I sort of know the area. Went to High School in that town. Grits are big in that area. Crawdads and also big. Catfish and many sea foods also. Mississippi is not well known for any foods that ire not common to others areas of the south. Now if you where going to LA and New Orleans that is a different story and there is a lot of good foods there and odd foods
