Check low pressure standby. Should be 325 to 350 psi. Then check high pressure standby. Should be 2300 psi. Then I would check the flow at the back of the tractor at the remote valve. While doing this shift the powershift thru the different power shift speeds. Low, intermediate and then high. Then in reverse. Flow will drop when you shift to a new speed but then the flow should recover after the clutch pack fills. By the way the steering is fed off the small gear pump behind the piston pump.You probably have a bad leak either in the powershift or the cv2 valve.
