Lot's of exercise. I know, I get tired in a hurry, but that is what keeps me going. I took 800mg. of IBU 4 times a day for six to eight years while working, but had to give that up due to stomach bleeding. Took a year to heal from that. Still will take some if absolutely necessary. Took spinal injestions for a year, which helped some, but not enough to continue working. I am retired now, and rely basically on exercise and the heating pad occasionaly. I do take some vitamins recommended by Dr., but don't know if they help or not. I do know one thing for sure, I should get a job as a weather forcaster, as I think I am pretty good at it now.
