I 2nd the rum soaked raisins. I took so much ibuprofen that my stomach won't take it anymore. An old guy at a farm sale told me to try the rum soaked raisins. I was desperate enough to try anything, so we went to town that evening and bought rum and raisins. I let them soak for 3 days and then take a salad forkful morning and night. I didn't really notice any difference until about the end of the week, my wife came out to the shop after work and said; You're standing up a lot straighter than you used to. I started paying attention, it didn't hurt to stand up, I could ride or drive for an hour and a half and get out of the car. I've been taking them since Nov 2011. Yes, it's hard to get out of bed in the morning, takes a hour or so to get moving, BUT, I'm still working at 61&1/2 and playing with my small farm. I have to be at work by 6am, and by 7 or 7:30pm, I'm tired as heck and stooped over some, but I'm still going. I keep them soaking in a sealtite container with the lid on until they are gone. I've even got our preacher taking them and he says they help him also. Don't knock it until you try it. Chris
