Thanks. I'm taking notes. Tonight, suddenly my knee is worse than it's been for eight or none months. It stabs me when I step down and then it stabs in a different place when I lift the leg and swing it forward. Had to limp to the porch to get the cane out again. Hopefully it will straighten out when this cold, damp, misty weather leaves.
I have some golden raisins soaking in gin in the refrig and I started taking Ostio Bi-Flex today. Might put some gelatin in the morning coffee. I don't know if a person can O/D on too much of this stuff but it's gotta start working real soon. I'm only 62 and I figure I should have many more productive years left.
I had to chuckle this eve when I went to the kitchen using a cane and I passed Marilyn leaving the kitchen using her cane. She's scheduled for hip replacement for June 24 and she's only six months younger than me. I'm supposed to be the designated care-giver for her when she gets home from surgery. She tells me I need surgery worse than her and I tell her she needs surgery more than I do. Maybe I should ask the surgeon if he has group rates. LOL. Jim
