: : I have a 1935 F12. It appears to have some sort of fuel regulator on it. There is a grease fitting in the front of it. Can someone explain what this does and how to operate it. Thank you to everyone who has been helping me with this project. : I have a parts manual for F-12's and 14's. If you can tell me where in the fuel line this 'regulator'is located I might can help. If it is a somewhat round piece that sticks up just between the fuel tank and hood, it is a "Fuel line vent." : My '35 F-12 had one but I did not use it. : Kevin It is installed before the fuel pump. The fuel pump supply line is Teed and goes to this vent and the sediment bowl. Then the pressure line from the fuel pump runs to a T on the vent and on to the carburator.
