I have a Window 8 laptop, I drove 54 miles Best Buy to ask "do you have any Windows 7 computers?" they said sure and handed me a computer. I paid for it and drove home, when I opened it up it was a Windows 8. I called Best Buy corporate to complain seems they have a corporate policy not to be responsible for their employees and wouldn't do anything. I slimed them on the customer survey,the store manager calls me, the questions and statements he makes confirmed it's Best Buys policy not to be responsible for their employees even when they lie. Told him they should really have the boxes of the computers marked better, he said it's not their fault the manufacturer makes that decision, I pointed out the manufacturer makes specific models only for them so they have a wiggle out on the price guarantee and that they're big enough that any manufacture will do what they want to get their product in Best Buy. After about three more lies he stated " bring it back in I'll make it right", I asked if he'd reimburse me for the round trip mileage, he says he can't do that, I asked him to define "right", he states he "Can't do that". He then comes out with the grand daddy of corporate double talk "well I guess you just don't want it fixed you want to be unhappy" I pointed out if I wanted a window 8 computer I could of bought one at Wally-world for about $30.00 less and about 80 fewer miles. I don't go to Best Buy anymore and every time this Window 8 POS has a temper tantrum and sulks I remember what lying cheating thieving pond scum Best Buy is.
