Brought it home on my 1 ton blocked up on pallets to clear the box. She was a bit big for the pickup bed but the 250 mile round trip went fine.
Got home and started measuring: 1) The fold and tuck power tailgate is for a 42 to 48 bed height, not 36" so she isn't gonna work well. The lower mount would be 6" off the ground. Power pack is good and has a nice 5 or 6" cylinder though. Maybe power dovetail in the future.
2) It has a 7" frame under already on 34" center for truck frame so I don't think I will do anything under that, too tall.
3) Knapheide make a nice bed, all the welds are well done, cross members tightly spaced. Its not the lightest model, will be pretty heavy for only a 14 ft trailer!
