Was hoping to get some fertliser today so I could start planting but no spreaders available, Oh well I worked on the Oliver. Went to the dealership to get some ideas and ask about what you guys said was wrong with it. Whey said to check the fitting on the return line from the injector pump. He said there will be a wiggle wire in there and if so take it out. Or there will be a glass ball and spring in there and to bust the ball and clean it out. Well there was nothing there but a 3/16" hole in that fitting and the 90 on top had a 1/8" hole in it and both were clean and no obstructions. While the return line was off I hooked a hose to the return line and blew through it and had air blowing into the fuel tank after the fuel came out, and it blew easy enough. I even ran it to check the fuel cap that it was working right and not building pressure or vacume in the tank. It has good fuel flow from the tank through the new filters, I even rechecked the rubber hose from the final filter to the pump and it was good. Hummmm? What to do now? I but it all back together and cranked it over with the return line off the pump to see if anything would come out (chunks of something?). Fuel came out but nothing else. But the line back on and started it up and let it run for an hour with the fuel cap off and it started revving up and slowing back down by itself like it had done before. Back to the dealership to pick there brains( at this point mine is shot). I told them what I had found and didn't find and had them scratching there heads trying to figure it out. They are stumped! They said if you send the pump out you know they will tell you it needs a total rebuild so get ready to spend $1000 to $1500 for the rebuild. They said worst thing is it might only need a $10 part to fix it but they have you over a barrel and they know it. Its a small dealership and they don't rebuild injector pumps or work on them for insurance reasons, But they said bring it down and we will pull it off and send it out and put it back in and fine tune it afterwards. What's a guy to do? I know its got to be something simple but time is short and need it running now. Runs good and smooth plenty of power but it revs up then back down. Ideas? Bandit

Today's Featured Article - Usin Your Implements: Bucket Loader - by Curtis Von Fange. Introduction: Dad was raised during the depression years of the thirties. As a kid he worked part time on a farm in Kansas doing many of the manual chores. Some of the more successful farmers of that day had a new time saving device called a tractor. It increased the farm productivity and, in general, made life easier because more work could be done with this 'mechanical beast'. My dad dreamed that some day he would have his own tractor with every implement he could get. When he rea
