I was sucessful working with warm soapy water (like comes the high pressure washer but not high pressure) and a paint brush to prevent any benting of the fins. This was mostly dirt and saw dust, no weed seeds. Let it soak and rinse, repeating as needed. It does not work for pine needles.
What I now need is, to get inside scale desolved
