It is a Moore drill, GT bought them from Moore in the early 80s and painted them red and white and put there name on them. I have some parts on order from Moore for my drill and I'll put them on when they get here or after I am done planting witch ever comes first. I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
