We have wash outs in the fields, that will certainly reduce yields. We had some significant rains, one a 3 day event, another from a strong thunderstorm. I looked at the hay ground my farmer friend has, its all he does now and its all stunted, well at least the more recently planted ground looks nice, but the dry spell at the end of April into mid may, was enough to reduce the yield of the first cut, older plantings, have a lot of weeds, they seem to do better when its dry, its that vine like weed with flower shaped leaves, blooms in white, I have it in this field of mixed grasses too, last year at the same time looking at the photos, it was mostly thick grasses, well over waist high, this year only one grass got that tall, orchard grass topped out early and short, and that weed is more prevalent.
