If I didn't have an electric over,I'd have my head in it. I just went out and disced about 45% of a field that I chiseled three weeks ago. Something had to be done,the weeds were coming on like gangbusters.
The corn that did get planted and is up (not mine) has a lot of drowned out spots,but there isn't that much in.
A fair whack of alfalfa looks rough from being drowned out in late April. The stuff that is good is starting to go down from the rain.
Forgot to add,it's raining again. Just checked the radar,it's just training right over us. Looks like it'll last all day the way it's going.
