Yes and that could be the problem. I shot the end of the cable with lube and worked it back and forth, but the outer sheath has a wiper for the inner and it doesn't have the chance to get inside.
Where both cables (arms and bucket) enter the valve body, there is a cylindrical protrusion off the body of about 2" about the size of pressure reliefs on the other side of the body. Would like to know what's in there and if I remove it what's going to come falling out.
