A little of all,There is no Free Will Baptist churches in our area,After the Civil war they died off,becaues of slavery issues.If you were a slave owner you werent allowed to be a member of our denomination.The first Free Will Baptist church in WV was the Curtice Free Will church in Harpers Ferry which was Stoer College.We were part of the Northern Baptist.Through Missions are plans were to build 3 churches in the eastern panhandle.Our mother church has become contempoary,our second church is across 2 countys and our church is very traditional,which most of our older people enjoy.Sad to say but our church started as a split becaues two hard heads couldnt see eye to eye,and our pastor finally left anyway.I volunteered to pastor to save a beauitful peice of property the congreation bought and minister to a few of the older people who had a vision of building the 3rd church.The property had a doubble wide mobile on it that we used for a church but has a lot to be desired.God has blessed the church and Myself also.I agree totally with your veiws but as long as theres people theres going to be differences,all I can do is lead the people and if theres no vission the people will perish
