Was looking around on Craigslist and came across this trailer.
New 2013 Utility Trailer. 76"' X 16'. Trailer has 2" BULL-DOG STYLE Ball Coupler, Clearance lights and tail lights are wire to 4 way flat plug, 4 used 15" Tires and Rims
So can I assume that since this trailer has a 4 way flat wire plug it does not meet state law standards that says all trailers over 2000 lbs GVW must have brakes on all wheels. And tell me...... Who puts Used tires and rims on a NEW trailer?? (Other than this guy)
