easiest way? when you hit the button below the steering wheel, watch the glow plug meter. mine was no good when i got the tractor so i replaced it with a 60A ammeter. with 6 good ones they should pull almost 60A at first, then after they heat up a few seconds, it should drop back to 40 something. the more exact way would be to hook up one at a time and see if it moves the ammeter.
