Had a cat die out by the barn and a couple days later I found a couple 6ish week old kittens looking dehydrated and hungry. Against my better judgement I put them in a dog carrier in the basement and wet to town and got them some food. They ate well and drank and this morning my wife found one of them had died, I just came in and found the other one dead also. My guess from the looks of the cat is feline distemper. I don't get too attached to the barn cats but I'm sure not looking forward to the wife coming home to an empty cage.
