While I personally don't like the body style of the Impala after 1964, as the feller says, They ain't making them any more. So, since it is a SS and if it runs and is drivable, YES, I think I would go for it! That 327 was one tough engine! I bought a new 64 Impala and that thing would run like a scalded dog, and was capable of 20 mpg. (Not both at the same time, lol) But by using a lot of self control, I actually did get 20mpg on a tank of gas. The rest of the time I couldn't keep my foot out of the four barrel.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
