The owner said it was 12 volt, but since the battery and alt are gone, I had to pull the ignition coil and it has 12 volt on it.
I flipped the cables and it does the same thing. Right now it has "+" grounded and "-" to the starter (as it would have been)
Once I get it actually running, I'm gonna take a break from my cars and house and tear it down and restore it. (My wife wants it to drive around and take to county fairs and local farming shows) So, i'll have to replace and redo all the hacked up wiring, gauges and what not...)
