We put down 10 ton per mile of Anhydrous CaCL (Calcium Chloride) mini pellets. We use a product called Wet Water to dilute them right on the road surface and then blade it back and forth to mix it all up and then lay it out. Its a sloppy mess for a day but after that hard and dust free. Just like pavement. If you keep it moist it will last a long time.
