I have the same problem here, wrap up work for the week and take a little cruise to the country store around 4 miles away on a Saturday night. Even take the back roads. 45mph is too slow on the pavement I have learned. But if I take gravel it goes by the in-laws house. hmm. I am fairly rural too.
But when you get nice straight square miles and pavement kids like to drive fast, I use to be one of them.
