I can't fire him I am just a crew leader but I can ride him like a wet diaper every night of the week I don't think he can put two and two together because every time he start one of us are on him about it from what I heard this was a pity job someone in the office is friends with his wife sister and got him the job and I think that is why he is still here next week his 180 day of probation at work will be up and the supervisor will give her review and we will see after that if he come back after the 4th.
