I reclaimed the edges of this field two years ago, gaining 25' all the way around. This entire field has from no top soil to about 1 foot on limestone bedrock. It was the last place that I would expect to get stuck. The hay was cut last week, and wanted to get in and out before the second cut came on. I haven't even started to cut wood for the two evaporators in the sap house. That will take me the rest of the summer and fall, as I am a one man band, and and at 66, it takes me all day to do a small amount of what I used to do all day LOL Loren.
