'51 Allis WD Electrical- Beginner Question

Rebuilt my WD awhile back.
Always a real hard-starter, but now can't get it to turn over.
Have a new battery, rebuilt starter, good spark...
Won't turn over. Stupid question... is this tractor a positive ground?
Where do I get some good technical specs? Tx for your help!!!
