It is really easy to look successful with the strong profit margins we have seen the past six or seven years. So it is easy to get caught up in trading equipment more frequently nowadays than what it was years ago. Your classmates have never seen a bad year where they have had to scrape for a living, so that has shaped their perspective into thinking what they have known is the norm. Things will change, and when they do, you will be much better off than someone who has to send the shiny stuff back to the dealer just to afford to keep farming. I'm 31, so I can relate. Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
