Unless the gas engine is bad or the diesel can't do some main work because of it's single wheel- like a loader job- leave them as is. 2 working tractors with some equipment interchange handy to have compared to one that might stop for a minor annoyance in a critical harvest time. If you mean a straight swap and still have 2 working tractors just some style issue with a practical base- the swapped diesel and wide front get a lots of use loader job schedule- while the now gas narrow front gets a part time garden and mower detail as main job, emergency backup secondary-- then have some fun swapping engines and doing some other needed deferred maintenance- you'll find some little things to fix. Single wheel rig seems to have spent some time outside- maybe on a sickle mower or a veggy cultivator? RN.
