I'll agree with the humidity, if its hot but humidity 60% or less, not so bad, even better with a breeze but 80%-90% humidity is just uncomfortable, sweat just pours off, I keep a wash cloth in the right back pocket to wipe the brow. Its bearable if in the 80's like it has been, but like it was in 2010, especially in the barns, misery, in an hour, it looks like someone hung you upside down, and dipped you in a stock tank, soaked, the heat never let up that year, 90's and humid for weeks, so if its 90% humidity, 90 Deg F, real hard to get anything done, + all the insects if you are in the field. This year the rain has been a bit much, and we have the tropical air, constant thunderstorms, but the heat has not been oppressive just yet, I've soaked my shirt twice today, but its been overcast, a breeze and hardly any bugs, you just never know what kind of summer you're going to get here, that is for sure !
