My son asked me to come up to where he works and see the one and two cylinder cars built prior to about 1912. The little car in the first photo was built in Tasmania. There were about 20 cars REOs Buicks Cadillacs Maxwells 2- 1906 Oldsmobiles with tiller steering, a Yale, and a Stanley Steamer. One couple from Australia had just bought their Maxwell out of a Museum and were touring with this group for 5 days this week around central NY. I asked my son which ones he had worked on and he said all of the REOs most of the Cadillacs some of the Buicks and Maxwells. There was a Renault there too. They were driving about 50 miles a day today they looped up around Canastota NY. They have to plan their route to avoid hills.
