Those tires and rims will not work well together- best if you go only an inch wider or narrower than the rim (old size marking). If you can roll bands, you could widen the rims to match the tires. I added ten inches on combine tires like that. Went from 18.4 to 28L. Spacer band width depends on how much distance you want between wheels. Measure from inner contact on rim to outside of tire, on each wheel, then add desired distance between tires. Too close, they fill with mud. IIRC, band material is 1/8 to 3/16 thick.
Front? Consider slightly smaller diameter to lessen load on front spindles and bearings. They"ll pick up the load when they sink in a bit. I dualed my 4450 MFWD with narrower tires (shorter height) and they just lightly touch the ground when they angle while turning.
