Well of course you 'd have to down shift out of O/D going up hill with that truck.What axel ratio dose it have?What size tires?I had a '90 F150 with the same eng/x/mis combination,3.55 rear and pulled some ungodly loads at 60 to 65 MPH on interstates and anywhere from 30 to 50 MPH on hilly secondary roads in NNY state.On the hills at 50 and below I was either out of O/D or coming out.
