Not enough pasture can be a mood changer depending on weather. Your finances are none of my business, but I would surely would sit down with a few different people and do some initial capital needed projections. Also, workout some kind of cash flow projections. I would never have thought of it, but the comment about suicide got me thinking. It might not be a bad idea to be professionally evaluated to make sure you have personality suitable to handle this undertaking. Good luck in your decision.
