You're over-thinking this, Ralph. Go out and start the Moline, engage the belt pulley, and see which way the shaft turns. It will be either clockwise or CC as it connects to the pump, and that's your answer.
As to the speed of the belt pulley, I think its standard among tractors, but probably slower than 540- if you do a new thread with "belt pulley RPM" as the title, I'll bet you get an oldtimer with the answer in about 2 shakes.
